Herbal Yoni Steam contains organic hand-blended herbs that help eliminate menstrual irregularities such as: PMS, cramps, clots, old residue, brown blood and long cycles. Boil 2 cups of water and put 2 tablespoons of the steam in, and mix it so that all the herbs are covered in water.
Turn off the water and cover for 2 minutes to allow the herbs to steep.
Grab a towel, uncover the pot and squat over it, making sure the towel covers your body and the pot, preventing the steam from escaping. Direct the steam towards your yoni.
*You can also use specialized stools for yoni steams.
Sit for 5-10 minutes, depending on how long the steam lasts. You can reuse the herbs in the water one more time by repeating the process.
